The Technician Manifesto was a risograph printing workshop ran at the annual Technical Conference for technicians across multiple art practices.

Exploring the powerful risograph colours and the potential of the machine to quickly produce large runs, the proposal of the workshop was to get the group of technicians to come together and produce a manifesto.

During the first half of the workshop, the technicians were invited to write and design through mark-making and collage the manifesto to be overlaid on the front of the poster. For the second half, the grids on the back were used so they could represent their practice and individuality through more collage.
