Oficina Só Riso | São Paulo, 2024
The Só Riso workshop was held in collaboration with Meli-Melo Press, pioneer in Risograph printing in Brazil. It was two days of fun and chaos to learn (almost) everything about Risograph and collectively create a limited edition of experimental booklets. On the first day, we worked with collage, drawing, and my favourite part of the Risograph machine: the scanner. On the second day, we explored colour strategies for printing using Photoshop.
The experiments were compiled into a single A3 sheet, printed, and finished with spiral binding, in a very limited edition of 15 copies.
The booklet made by the cohort works as a printing guide and reference book for their future projects.

Oficina Só Riso | Rio de Janeiro, 2024
Só Riso travelled to Rio and was hosted by carioca studio Risotrip. A new cohort of participants worked with the same template material but produced brand new exciting outcomes.
The modular, collaborative quality of the template material gives the same Riso Printing guide a new personality every time.
